Theater Drive Homes

These four single family homes were designed to fit within a relatively narrow band of property between Theater Drive and the public access path bordering the Deschutes River. In addition to fitting within the narrow site depths, the designs were subject to restrictive setback and building height parameters due to their proximity to the river.  The building forms and the color and material choices were specifically developed to comfortably marry the buildings to their sites and to create façade views that, whether viewed from the walking path or from across the river,  would appear to blend agreeably with their setting.
