This historic downtown fire station's restoration resulted in maintaining much of its original architectural elements and early 20th Century character. Reuse of existing brickwork, wooden beams, the fireplace, and even the fire pole merges with the new mixed used additions - a restaurant, retail space, and six condos. A neighborhood bank branch located along Bend’s Century Drive. The facility has been awarded LEED Silver certification; it is one nine US Bank facilities nationwide and one of the few bank buildings in Central Oregon to receive LEED certification. The branch was the first in the state of Oregon to achieve the Silver designation. The design responds to US Bank’s commitment to environmentally sound business practices while at the same time successfully contributes to the pedestrian focus of the surrounding neighborhood. 3,100 square feet.
